Racist church trumps scathing memoir
May 30, 2008
Just when the Democrats figured it was safe to come out of the Chicago churchhouse, Pfather Pfleger rose… er, sank to the occasion. Now the Dems and their pfrontrunner for the party’s presidential nomination, Senator Barack Obama, can’t seem to get pfree pfrom the quagmire that is Trinity United Church of Christ.
They thought that had found the perfect “get out of manure free” card. What could be better to get the shamlessly racist church Obama has chosen to attend for over two decades out of the headlines than some new scandal-mongering aimed squarely at the object of the left’s obsessive derangement - Chimpy McBushitler? Former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan, nouveau riche with thirty pieces of silver from the book deal he had cut with a publishing house connected to leftist sugar daddy George Soros, had just started making the round of television talk shows to publicize his “scathing memoir” just chock full o’ “explosive” revelations about the Bush Administration. Hot on his heels was an army of Dem footsoldiers who, in a stretch which would impress even the Fantastic Four’s Reed Richards, were trying to use the flap the media was sure to generate over McClellan’s book to taint the campaign of Republican presidential nominee John McCain.
If this sounds to you like a scheme worthy of a Roadrunner cartoon script, you’re right on target. Wyle E. Coyote, the perpetually hapless Dem, was yet again let down by what seemed to be a sure-fire solution from big brains at Acme Inc. And things seemed to be going so well, too. Both people and press were growing tired of hearing about Jeremiah Wright, and the Obama connection to unrepentant domestic terrorists William Ayers and Bernadette Dohrn never sparked true outrage in any sector beyond the patriotic right. Obama’s daily gaffes didn’t seem to be hurting him much, either. So the Dems thought they had found a big story with legs which was a great twofer - it would give them a fresh club to beat President George W. Bush with, and they would use those of McClellan’s charges which were related to the Iraq war against McCain. Ah, but it only lasted about a day and a half. Along came Pfather Pfleger to cut the legs out from under the McClellan story, steal Scotty’s thunder and drag Obama’s First Church of Hatred kicking and screaming back into the limelight.
Fr. Michael Pfleger, ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Chicago in 1975, has pastored the mostly African American Saint Sabina Catholic Church in Chicago’s Auburn Gresham neighborhood since 1981. His social activism has put him in league with Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. Blogger Sultan Knish calls Pfleger “the white Rev. Jeremiah Wright.” The good Pfather says that he’s known Obama for 20 years.
Indeed, it was at White’s Trinity United Church where Pfleger stepped into the limelight (not to mention the manure) of the presidential campaign.
Can you say “racist”? I knew you could.
After this bizarre display by the radical priest, the Obama campaign, professing “disappointment,” was forced to remove Pleger’s endorsement of Obama from the “faith” page of the Obama website. There’s been a lot of “cleaning up” on that website over the past weeks…
No, the lackluster McClellan just can’t compete with the likes of Pfather Pfleger, a true rock star. But Scotty’s story would have probably collapsed under its own weight, even without the antics of a pathologically progressive priest to help push it to the back pages. After all, Scott McClellan didn’t even try to hide the fact that he was just another disgruntled former employee:
He reveals that he was pushed to leave earlier than he had planned, and he displays some bitterness about that as well as about being sometimes kept out of the loop on key decision-making sessions.
Also, the connection between McClellan’s publisher and George Soros leaves little doubt that Scotty and his book are just teeth on a cog in a much broader agenda. And if anyone still has any doubts, here’s what McLellan had to say about the 2008 presidential race:
Scott McClellan, making the media rounds to promote his book and push back against the ferocious counter-attack by Bush loyalists, declined to come out tonight for John McCain and said he liked what he had heard from Barack Obama.
*
“I haven’t made a decision,” McClellan told Katie Couric on CBS’s “Evening News,” when asked if he was backing the Arizona senator. McClellan paid homage to McCain, saying that the Republican nominee had “governed from the center, and that’s where I am.”
*
But without prompting, he said he was “intrigued by Sen. Obama’s message.”
Oh, well. Back to the Acme catalog. There’s just got to be something in there that will work next time…

Jeremiah Wright’s “I’m a Lunatic and Lovin’ it” Speech
April 28, 2008
In a speech ( sermon ) this morning at the National Press Club in D.C., in which his loud and opinionated admirers were seated on the main floor and the journalists were said to be in the balcony seats, Jeremiah Wright gave a select history lesson of slavery in an apparent attempt to excuse, in what we now know without any doubt, his racism and bigotry which he taught from the pulpit for several decades.
Although his speech didn’t exclusively remain in the past when he thinly masked a statement that to this day ‘all whites believe themselves superior to blacks’.
When asked what he meant in one of the infamous video clips of his attempt to justify the September 11th attacks on America with “The chickens came home to roost” Wright offers that he was simply repeating what an official of Iraq had said…which he then immediately followed up with, “You can’t do terrorism and not have it come back on you.”
Obviously, it doesn’t matter who you’re claiming to quote in pretending to excuse your words when you believe and are actively promoting exactly what was meant and in addition using an English idiom phrase to relay it. To my almost surprise, I learned that this is the exact same phrase that Malcolm X used to explain his view of the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Coincidence? Hardly.
In both his ”speech” and in the question and answer period that followed Jeremiah Wright repeatedly offers his further excuse of his outrageous behavior that due to America’s ignorance of the black church “tradition” that we do not understand his preaching of racial bigotry and insane conspiracy theories from the pulpit. In a cowardly retreat from his rightful criticism of his own moral turpitude he claims this isn’t his personal fight but, that it is a condemnation of the black church…”us against them”. By suggesting he served in the military is his laughable defense against outrageously disloyal ranting. McVeigh, John Walker, James Hall, Aldrich Ames and George Tofimoff all “served” in our military also so, what’s your point Jeremiah Judas Wright?
I don’t have the transcript yet as this just happened but, Wright just solidly confirmed every single aspersion and corroborated all accusations of the most racist, vile, disloyal and depraved comments ever attributed to him and in so doing completely rendered any possible excuse Barack Obama could possibly offer in the past or future for being a 20 year member of that “church” and having a “father-figure” in Jeremiah Wright.
If you haven’t seen it yet, it wasn’t just as bad as I’ve portrayed it here, it was very much worse.
Barack Hussein Obama
UPDATE:
Remember who came to the defense of Wright while Obama tried to walk a tight rope? Right, Mikey Huckabee. Despite decades of being taught the lessons of right from wrong, The Huckster demonstrates once more that he can’t detect the most foundational instruction which religion is entirely based upon in others or himself….but, he knows how to smooth it on.

The “Voice of Change” Chokes America
April 12, 2008
Obama: ”…they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”
So! Barack Hussein Obama, the “voice of change” declares, among many things, there must be something wrong with us if we won’t give up our firearms. Yet, this statement exposes so much more than that but, it sure is the promise of change….isn’t it.
Obama was clearly attempting to use reverse psychology in ‘excusing’ the small town folk in Pennsylvania ( and the rest of America ) for not voting for him in his listed reasons but, he’s spending time today trying to control the serious fall-out but, not even he is slick enough to escape from it by anyone who doesn’t applaud and cheer when he blows his nose.
In trying to diffuse what he believes are the reasons Americans refuse to vote for him, he has in fact inadvertently revealed exactly what he thinks about us. ( The valid reasons not to elect Obama Jr. are merely that he is woefully unqualified, pitifully inexperienced and therefore categorically incapable of the daily demands of the highest office of the land. )
“they cling to guns” = Obama Jr. clearly doesn’t trust loyal, law-abiding Americans to be armed and/or thinks there’s not enough violent crime and danger of same to warrant the ownership of guns for our own defense?…are we not worthy enough for an inalienable right? Are we nothing more than potential criminals who are merely waiting for a chance to shoot someone…someone “unlike us”?? ( inwhich he’s likely suggesting by default might be someone like him. )
“or religion” = Here he probably suggests his own religion of the last 20 years will be held in disdain, or his mothers atheism, or his biological father’s ( and stepfather’s ) muslim religion, by others simply because it may not be the same religion as our own…he must be confusing us with radical islamic terrorists or perhaps, someone he has announced as his own father figure, Jeremiah Wright.
“or antipathy to people who aren’t like them” = Here he is likely offering Americans are bigoted against inter-racial offspring such as himself…or perhaps he’s referring to people who show blatant disloyalty to America who we would rightly shun.
“or anti-immigrant sentiment” = I would bet this refers to our holding his biological father’s nationality ( Kenya ) or his stepfather’s ( Indonesia ) against him. Since we’re a nation of immigrants the only other subject he could be talking about is illegal aliens and amnesty. Forget it Junior, we crashed the senate phone system to stop our own president from forcing legislation through and no one is going to do that to us or our sovereignty again.
“or anti-trade sentiment” = Here in his final listing he suggests that people in areas which have experienced job-loss blindly blame any offshore trading or products for their own unemployment but, he’s not talking about a few uninformed citizens, he’s talking about entire communities and state populations who are completely ignorant of the several issues involved with international trade, business and our economy.
This whole thing is not about what we’re thinking of him, it’s who he thinks we are and the untrusting, hateful view he clearly has of us.
Well, if I was asked to point to someone who most closely matched the definitions of bigot and racist it wouldn’t be the folks from small town Pennsylvania…it’ld be Barack Obama Jr.
